There are rumors swirling in Hollywood he's gonna play Christian Grey. I totally hope so. He'll fit right into character like it was made for him!
I am a fan of Ian Somerhalder too but I don't think his tough vamp look will cut it. Also, like Matt, he has this pair of eyes that with one stare, you melt. His lips break into a crooked smile like he's got mischief up his sleeves. And the stubble. Few men can make that look both rough and sexy. So Ian Somerhalder is... *sigh*

After the news broke out, I am seriously rummaging the world wide web for photos of the Vampire Diaries undercover couple, Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev. I was especially thrilled to see them hooking up! I have always been TEAM Damon and Elena. Me an my messed up magnetic attraction to flawed bad-ass but misunderstood men that is Damon Salvatore. And it didn't help that the actor, Ian Somerhalder actually nursed a broken heart (took him long to move on) when his girlfriend for a year or two left him.
I needed a comfort after I watched the latest episode last night. He was bitten by Tyler, a werewolf. And a wolf bite is incurable to vampires, it ultimately brings death! THEY SHOULD NOT KILL Damon Salvatore's character. I might stop watching, seriously. The next season 2 episode of Vampire Diaries will air on May 5. Can't wait!
I know I'm too lazy for posts but a picture of very pregnant Mariah Carey is on the cover of OK!'s magazine, NUDE. And with hubby Nick Cannon too, NUDE too.
One thing's for sure, I'm not buying the mag. And if I were her twins, I would've cringed at this blown up photo of my very pregnant mother, nude with my father cupping her breasts, for the whole world to see! What's wrong with you OK!?

A young Filipina based in Canada made a cover of Lady Gaga's new single, Born This Way. Later Lady Gaga gushes at the young kid, tweeting and posting on her Facebook account how touched she was.
In my opinion, it wasn't a really really good cover but surely there is a promising talent. I love watching Youtube cover of popular songs today coz usually they end up sounding better. But Lady Gaga saw something special in this kid and was inspired and encouraged to make more music amid bad publicity of her quirks. A lot call her fame whore right now.
In her conversation with the young Filipina named Maria Aragon over the radio, she said she was having a bad day (no surprise) when she sees her video on Youtube singing her single, Born This Way, she was overjoyed and started crying. Lady Gaga thanked her for turning her day around, making it all better and reminding her why she made the song in the first place and why she's so passionate with music.
Amid their talk, Maria Aragon was of course, so overwhelmed she cried. When Lady Gaga asked her what she wants from her, she just asked where she get her outfits. Obvious answer: HOUSE OF GAGA. Suddenly Lady Gaga invited Maria to her concert in Toronto, asking her to sing onstage and do a duet on Born This Way. Wow. If I was Maria Aragon, I would've choked up and not manage to say YES right away. I'd prolly just nod and nod with glee. And so they end the call, with a duet of Born This Way on the radio.

I love how appreciative Lady Gaga was. She's weird and all, but I like her. And so far, Born This Way had the best message among all her songs combined. What I love more about her is her quirks, her being a scene-stealer, and her being so different that she gets misunderstood most of the time.
Everything screams Kpop. To think, Who's That Chick is a collaboration with David Guetta. Has Korean wave hit the lucrative American music arena as well?

It won't be much of a surprise if Eminem took his inspiration from his infamous relationship with two time ex-wife Kim. He has written a lot of love and hate songs about her from his previous albums. He picked an artist who could very well relate to domestic violence as portrayed by Megan and David above. RIHANNA. uhuh. The singer stated this was something she just had to do. So I trudged home and mechanically typed for streaming episodes of How I Met Your Mother. I love love the show. I super love how they make you laugh in every episode. And they seem to be NOT trying to. Many compares it to Two and a Half Men, but I would definitely put them on a higher pedestal. I'm on my third season and no sign yet of getting tired of the show. I guess I won't ever will.
All of the characters define the show. No Ted Mosby, No HIMYM. No Marshall, No HIMYM. And etcetera. Everyone will agree with me on this. The network will cut this show if they kill BARNEY STINSON. It will not survive without Barney's hilariously exaggerated story-telling of his sexploits, his aversion to commitment and marriage, his self-worship of his awesomeness, and other ridiculous stuff that make you wince and laugh a lot all at the same time. Yes baby, that's Barney Stinson. What's got the show to do without him? Right? Right?

Alejandro's music video is distinct from all the others. Wait, every video is different. Proving my point on how creative this artist is, incomparable to others. She reminds me of the late Michael Jackson who made history in making stunning videos. In fact Lady Gaga is so influential as to induce others to follow suit. Miley Cyrus tried it, even Christima Aguilera. Darn! I cringed at how fake they looked!

I had to squint on few occasions to read the numbers on the board. This alarmed me. I DON'T NEED eyeglasses . They're bothersome. A friend told me I should consult a doctor and not wait until it get worse. She said, it's best if I get correctional eyeglasses, wear it constantly for a month or so until my eyesight goes back to normal.
I'm rethinking what she said. Wearing them for awhile than have permanent damage. I did a little window-shopping and found adorable eyeglasses online to help me with my problems and be a fashion staple. My friend wears eyeglasses on not because she needs it. She wears it because it goes well with her outfit. Haha.
Eyeglasses nowadays are more of a fashion accessory. I guess my visual problem are just in time for me to follow suit! Fashion and functionality. Those two rarely go together. This means, I'm getting more than one pair. Yay!

I just got home from a high school batch reunion. After four years, hanging out with them is still loads and loads of fun. You hear a lot of laughs, excited squeals as one shows up at the gate, sharing drinks while talking about old days and catching up with everyone for lost time. I badly wanted to stay a while longer, but I am tired. I need rest. Regardless, seeing all those faces after what seems like a long time, is exhilirating. You want to hug and talk everyone in the room right away! I just love Christmas and reunions. *big, big grin!* Will post pictures if I can.

My phone beeped nonstop this morning but instead with morning greetings, I was surprised to read, "Micheal dies at 50," to which I would have quickly replied (given I had phone credits) with, "This is some kind of a joke right?" But no. The news was confirmed. Michael did die today at 50 reportedly due to a cardiac arrest. Mysteries surround the real cause behind his death. Others claim it might be his physical overexertion in his rehearsals. But official statement is yet to be released. With 50 series of concerts up his sleeve, his death shocked the world. It appears his comeback is delayed for enternity.
I didn't tsk-ed as much as I did with Heath Ledger's death. What with his numerous plastic surgeries (his face? don't get me started) and 'preference' to the company of children? Unfortunately I had to write this post. Michael is forever part of my childhood. The moon walk? Pft. Had innumerable attempts to mimic it. Ten years later I STILL CAN'T DO IT!!! Back in sixth grade we danced to his 'Thriller'. When I was ten his songs kept blaring on our cd player along with Metallica's. My personal favorites are 'Bad', 'Remember the Time', 'Beat It', 'Billie Jean' and 'Rock With You.' I listen to them and DAYDREAM I'm doing the moves in front of my buddies just to get them jealous. Henney and Jackman is all over Seoul promoting their movie. They look comfortable with each other. Ooh, Henney's buddy-buddy with Jackman. No doubt, the Korean-American actor is indeed enjoying his popularity. After Kim Sam Soon, I rarely hear news of him except for occasional magazine spreads he does time to time. Yey. At the rate his fame is going, I'll definitely see a lot of projects from him lining up. Oh, he already has one. He did the cover for Vogue Korea. I only have two words: It sizzled!!!

Impatience indeed gets you nowhere. It breeds regrets. If only I waited a bit longer for the X-men Origins: Wolverine to hit the theaters I probably enjoyed and appreciated the movie more. A rough cut of the movie was leaked around the web. I took the bait and learned a valuable lesson, 'Don't watch rough cuts, you idiot!' My hero Wolverine became less real to me as I saw the harness and poor unedited, unfinished visual effects. Enlightenment never felt this heartbreaking. *sniff sniff*

I have been an X-men fan for years and years. A movie like this gets me excited like a little kid in a candy store!
Daniel Henney, that hot Korean-American actor. This is his Hollywood debut. Been keeping tabs on him since Kim Sam Soon. I thought he'd get a small cameo role where he only gets a single line to say (e.g my other Korean love Rain whose head ballooned due to worldwide fame which somehow caused people to gradually hate his guts!) but then he managed to snag a cool villain role in the name of Agent Zero. Daniel Henney as a bad guy..hmm..great for a change.
To see Hugh Jackman play Wolverine again? Who wouldn't!? Like duh.
Let's say after all the effects are done, the movie is like any other X-men movies. Not better but not lame to make you complain once in a while. Will I watch it again in theaters? Yes. Is it so cool I'd be recommending it for everybody to watch? To Xmen, Henney and Jackman fans, a resounding YES (but don't expect much); to random movie-goers? NO.
