What you just saw are inmates from Cebu Philippines' Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center, a maximum security prison. And dancing to the tune of Michael Jackson's songs with the King of Pop's long time choreographer Travis Payne and two of his dancers in his supposed-to-be This Is It tour Daniel Celebre and Dres Reid. What's even more amazing is that they mastered everything the choreographer and dancers taught in two days! We're talking about inmates here. People convicted of criminal actions. These men are drug dealers, murderers, rapists and just about most of the dangerous men in the country and all are dancing for the King of Pop as what they previously did several times for him. Come on!
I'm so proud! As a Filipino, I had goosebumps as I watched the video brimming with pride knowing the world will see this at Michael Jackson's "This Is It' Dvd Launch.
Congratulations to Filipinos worldwide!
And the video below is the first showcase of their talents which afforded these inmates and the prison facility in Cebu worldwide recognition as they dance to the tune of, again, Michael Jackson's Thriller. Can they make it more obvious that they just love the King of Pop? Enjoy!
The inmates show their grief for the King of Pop's sudden death.
